We’re happy to collect your clients’ medical details directly from them by phone – saving you time and potentially uncomfortable conversations. And we’ll issue quotes within two hours of completing the tele-interview with your client.  And there’s no charge for this service.

Every five working days, we’ll contact the ceding scheme to check the progress of the transfer.

Our technical and medical underwriters are at the end of the phone if you need help with specific queries.

We’re members of the ABI Options scheme and we’re committed to speeding up transfer times and setting up annuities quickly.

Service as it should be

When you ring us, you’ll get straight through to a knowledgeable and friendly member of the IFA support team who genuinely wants to help – no buttons to press.

If you prefer to chat things through face to face, we can quickly arrange a visit from one of our nationwide sales support team.

We look after your customers as well and have a unique Customer Charter (customer website) which gives a £25, no quibble payment to any customer who feels we’ve failed to provide the level of service we promised.

Once we’ve received the final funds and all the relevant paperwork, we’ll make sure the annuity is in place within two working days.

Your fees are paid within seven working days of the policy being set up.
