Respiratory conditions - asbestosis	We are referring to a definitive diagnosis of asbestosis. Take care for comments like 'exposure to asbestos' or 'scarring on the lung due to asbestos' as this may indicate that a formal diagnosis of asbestosis has not been made. In this situation, key as ‘pleural plaques’ instead and confirm with your client if there has been a formal diagnosis of asbestosis made.

Cancer, leukaemia, lymphoma, growth or tumour

Blood-based cancers - (leukaemia, lymphoma, Hodgkins, myeloma, myeloprloferative disorders)	Key as per information provided.
